For the past six months or so, two experienced priests have been conducting a review of our United Dioceses, at the request of Bishop Kenneth Kearon and the Diocesan Council. These priests are Archdeacon Gordon Linney and Canon Cecil Hyland. (Canon Hyland is the preacher at our Harvest Festival in Kilmallock on 23 October, at 3.00pm.)

Their report is now available. This report has formed the basis of the last meeting of the Diocesan Council, as well as the recent Clergy Conference. It will form the basis of special meetings of each of our Vestries. To download the report, go HERE.

At the recent Clergy Conference, all clergy in the Diocese were asked to preach on the Diocesan Review, preferably on the Last Sunday before Advent, which traditionally in this Diocese has been Mission Sunday. This year that Sunday is 20 November.
